The staff is wonderful, amicable. Location is excellent and fantastic, close to the city center.

The building is beautiful, the room is clean and authentic. Nice touch to have a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave oven.

For us it was ideal!

the very very helpful staff upgraded us to an authentic and beautiful room. the location was favourable, next to the bus station, and the city centre. again, the hotel was very close to ch szymonek.

I keep coming back to my favorite place in the mountains. The staff helping with my elderly parents was amazing. Willa Blanca Zakopane has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, picnic area, TV, kitchen, ski storage. Can't wait to spend Christmas there again.

There was nothing I didnt like!

The location was excellant, within a close distance from Krupowki Street. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop.

The room was amazing! It had a fully equipped private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The bed linen and towels were provided, which made it super convenient. Plus, there was a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV in the room, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

The only downside for me was that the room didn't have a balcony. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
